Neem oil is best known for its antibacterial, sanitizing and emollient properties. Rich in oleic acid and vitamin E, Neem oil deeply nourishes and softens the skin. It is also a purifying agent that helps problemed skin like acne or eczema. It is an effective anti-lice treatment. It cleanses and softens the skin and very sensitive scalps. In addition to its virtues on our body, it can be used for on pets and interiors.
Neem oil comes from the neem tree, a tree that grows only in warm, tropical regions. This large tree produces light yellow fruits in which there is a seed full of oil. We extract the oil, using cold press methods so as not to distort the quality its assets.
Our Neem vegetable oil comes from Madagascar, made in France and certified Cosmos Natural by ECOCERT Greenlife according to the COSMOS standard. We extract the pure oil using a cold pressing method in order to preserve and keep all its natural properties. It is pure, 100% natural, unrefined and has not undergone any processing. It retains its original smell.
Against lice :
Neem oil can be used as a mask on hair to treat lice. To do this, apply all over the hair and leave on for about twenty minutes before rinsing.
Eliminate mosquitoes :
Applied thinly to the skin, Neem oil is an effective repellent against insects.
Sanitising pet hair :
To get rid of all kind’s parasites, add a little Neem oil to the shampoo of your animal. It is also possible to spray directly on animals such as horses, to keep flies or mosquitoes away.
Neem oil can be mixed with other vegetable or essential oils to create very effective synergies. (For example, add lavender essential oil to help the anti-lice treatment). Mixed with green clay, it is very effective in treating acne. Neem oil, for example, can also be used to manufacture repellent lotions or an anti-mite spray.
